Deposits and Cancellation
At Kemzphotography, I prioritize the trust you place in our services and recognize the significance of clear communication regarding scheduling and payments. To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, If you need to cancel your session, providing at least three days notice before the scheduled date will provide you a refund of the deposit also Please be aware that cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment and no-shows on the day of the session, will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation by Kemzphotography
I strive to honour all scheduled sessions, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require a cancellation on my part. In such rare instances, I will promptly refund any payments made in full including deposits without any delay. Alternatively I will work with you to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. As a solo photographer I understand the importance of your time and trust, and I am committed to maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout. If issues arise, like severe weather or access problems, I will prioritize rescheduling as the first solution.
Dissatisfaction and Resolution
At Kemzphotography, My mission is to create photographs and memories that you'll cherish for a lifetime. I pride myself on capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality images to meet your standards and ensuring your satisfaction. If you feel dissatisfied about your photos, please reach out within seven business days of receiving them, and we can discuss adjustments, I will happily discuss your concerns and explore resolution options, such as additional edits or, in cases, partial refund.
